Mark H. Tannenbaum, M.D., FABO
Dr. Mark H. Tannenbaum, a Board-Certified Ophthalmologist, completed his fellowship training at The University of Nebraska College of Medicine where he specialized in the diagnosis and treatment of Glaucoma.
Dr. Tannenbaum received his Medical Degree from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University, and graduated Summa Cum Laude with number 1 class ranking both from the High School and college of Yeshiva University.
Dr. Tannenbaum has practiced at the renowned Jofe Eye Institute as a glaucoma specialist and has served for the last 18 years as a Supervisor and Instructor of the Comprehensive Eye/ Glaucoma/ and Urgent Care services at the highly regarded New York Eye and Ear Infirmary of Mount Sinai in NYC.
Dr. Tannenbaum is a fellow of the American Board of Ophthalmology and a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
In his free time, he enjoys reading, teaching, Cantorial and Opera music, baseball, hockey and other sports.
Dr. Tannenbaum maintains his practice at OptiCare’s Waterbury office.
